Transport and monitoring companies:
The usual transport company for shipping goods to the peninsula is MRW. You can request access to the tracking number through our email if you have not received it beforehand.
We reverse the right to change transportation company in case of timely failure of the service, or the shipment of those items that have a special transport due to their weight or volume.
Delivery of orders:

Delivery in hospitals and / or public buildings:
The deliveries to Hospitals, Hotels, Public Organisms and other places where there are restrictions for access to the general public, will be delivered to the receptions or places destined for that purpose in said directions, if the delivery in hand to the own recipient or contact person.
In the same way, when there is a time limitation for delivery in this type of address, THE COMPANY reserves the right to invoice new redirection costs in case "The Shipping method" is not correct, which will be paid in advance to the modification of the data in the transport company. Return of the merchandise:
You have 14 calendar days to change the articles through our website. These days begin the first day of receipt of the order. In which case, you can request the change of the article for a different one or obtain the return of the cost of the items.
Please note that the cost of shipping and collecting the material is borne by the customer and that, in case of return of the merchandise, they will also be invoiced even if the initial order does not include such charges for having exceeded this, the minimum amount for postage paid.
Once received the items in our facilities, we will check that the items are in perfect condition and in their original packaging, with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included if any. It is of vital importance that the totality of the articles be delivered in the same conditions in which they left our facilities. Once the integrity of the order has been confirmed, we will proceed to send the new material or return the equivalent amount if you request the return of the money.
In the event of return of defective items or products from the factory, as well as erroneous shipments of merchandise, Verticalia Redondela SL will assume the costs of the collection and delivery of new merchandise.
